Not Elderberry leaves, which are pinnately compound – they look more like something else from the honeysuckle family (Caprifoliaceae), or from the dogwood family (Cornaceae) – not many things have opposite leaves. Let me guess a Viburnum. I have lots of spring pictures of their flower clusters. You probably do as well!
Hmm, we have a viburnam outside the kitchen widow and the leaves do remind me of Viburnum (there are so many kinds of Viburnam!). The berries are quite different, though. I find red berries bewildering.
