Stars take 2. Verdict ? Lumix wins over the Canon. Easier to focus, too. An amazing star evening. While sitting in the dark we heard a barred owl, what must have been a young moose, and August wolf howls from various locations (last one woke us up quite close by at 4:30 am), saw two bats hunting down bugs, two beavers swam silently by in the dark and something was rusting in the tree overhead. The bats were celebrated, as they have been endangered for a while.
