BUGGY, MUGGY and MUDDY! We rode in a cloud of DEET but even so the deer flies were biting through our shorts as we cycled. The forested trails were a bit washed out and rockier than usual but the fields were extremely lush! This was the hottest day so far this year, with thunderheads building as we rode.
