A slow morning in the park: dinner-plate turtles were crawling up to the parkways to lay eggs. Few cars passed me, and oddly, there seemed to be more runners than cyclists this morning. 3 RCMP cruisers were hanging out together at P8 late this morning. Surely there are better places and times to deter speeders?
