{"id":2198,"date":"2011-04-04T20:18:16","date_gmt":"2011-04-05T00:18:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/musicianonskis.ca\/blog\/?p=2198"},"modified":"2011-04-04T20:22:21","modified_gmt":"2011-04-05T00:22:21","slug":"april-4-2011-fog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/musicianonskis.ca\/blog\/2011\/04\/04\/april-4-2011-fog\/","title":{"rendered":"Fog and drizzle &#8211; great skiing!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/musicianonskis.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/110404_Grouse-tracks.jpg\"><\/a>A pile of photos today&#8230;&#8230; the skiing suited me to a &#8220;T&#8221;.\u00a0 No crowds, lots of atmospheric fog, and my waxless skis worked well.\u00a0 Even the downhills were hard work, so it wasn&#8217;t necessary to ski very far!\u00a0 There were goose, rabbit, grouse, deer, fox, and\u00a0 skiers&#8217; tracks\u00a0 (one was mine, one belonged to a skater) on the Gatineau Parkway. \u00a0 There are still no serious bare spots, although there is a bit of pavement showing in two spots between P8 and Mica.<\/p>\n<p>The Doldrums are a mess, but skiable, although inundated with boot ruts.
