Classic skiers were out in droves skiing on some very shoddy  classic tracks this morning.  With only a single lane on each side of the parkway (if at all) it meant that passing had to be done in the skate lane. Slower skiers were tending to pile up behind each other instead of being able to pass easily.   Are double tracks a thing of the past?  Each year classic skiers seem to lose a  few more tracks  &#8211; yet there is a great deal of space on the parkways even when a service lane is included.
