“Thor overlooking Wigwam River canyon hoodoos in BC’s Mt. Broadwood Nature Conservancy. Limestone dust and gravel in the hoodoos cement everything together to resist erosion better than the surrounding terrain. The hoodoos capped by a stone have that additional protection from rainfall washing them away.”
