I started a bit late for a long ski, so decided to check out the north loop.  Not nearly as nice as the Fortune Parkway, but it wasn’t as bad as I had expected, at least for skating. It had been groomed.  The skate surface ranged from actual  snow, to ice, to slush.  The classic tracks were more or less horrifying depending how much sun they had seen.    The Fortune Parkway connector was in pretty good shape despite a couple of very thin sections.
