Today’s skate ski was even better than yesterday. I wasn’t going to ski, assuming messy conditions after yesterday’s wet snow and re-freeze, but then Nordic Pulse showed everything recently groomed, so a quick ski beckoned! I have skied only a few times at noon hour, and each time it has been a very mellow ski with just a few very relaxed skiers out. It’s a lovely time to be out! The only drawback is the midday lighting which starts to wash out everything at this time of year as the sun gains height. So the photo is from yesterday!
