What a gift! With about 10 cm of fresh snow last night, and a grooming of the parkways, there was great skiing to be had. Classic was beautiful and I was even able to use my good skis. We skied between P6 and Asticou. Even the Pink Lake Hill was in pretty good shape. And now we await the freezing rain…. (The lower photo shows how one very good skate skier can effortlessly take out a classic track even on a deserted stretch of parkway, where there is plenty of space. And he probably had no clue he was doing it.)
