Yesterday’s photo was a leftover from the first ski. THIS is from yesterday’s ski. The firm grooming had acquired a layer of fresh snow, and the paved center was showing a few bare spots under the thin layer of new powder. It was a super slow ski, but it was nice to be out. There are so many more skiers than there used to be! Even at 8:15 the parking lot was far from empty even though the cross country season has not even officially started!
