There’s an OWL PROWL sponsored by Friends of Gatineau Park, and led by experienced bird watcher Bernie Ladouceur,  on March 28th and Friday April 4th.  Click here for complete information and to register.     (This is a back yard barred owl, photographed a couple of years ago, not too far from the suddenly abandoned bird feeder!)

Except… please note that the second date is Friday April 4th (not the 5th)… You’ll see that when you go to register.

Something else… I love your images! Love looking at the Park when I can’t get there.

I’ve attended a few of these sessions ( Owl Prowl and Wolf Howl) over the years and really enjoyed them.
I identified a Northern Saw Wet Owl this year because of a session. I was under the misconception that all owls went “Who-Who, but they don’t!
