It seems I was away for some of the best ice skating in years!  These two photos were taken on Meech Lake by my friend Ila (thanks, Ila!)  “The parking lot was full to over-flowing and there were lots of people on the ice.  It was relatively sheltered in that bay with smooth ice and two hockey rinks cleared … quite the colourful scene”.
