Fresh Snow

Here are Dave and Suhong ready to start their skate from P10.

There was no grooming today, but quite a few skiers.  The skaters seemed to be having a pretty nice time of it, although it must have been slow at first.  For non-waxless classic skiers, at zero degrees it  was pretty much a nightmare, aside from the scenery, which was lovely.  I waxed three times in 8 km, and saw many skiers re-waxing, as well as two skiers walking with skis in hand, one of them appearing from back country trail 9.   Many turned around at the top  of Fortune.
