One of many gorgeous, tame wood ducks at Mud Lake. I have always wondered where the males hang out! At Lac Champagneur you can, if lucky, catch a glimpse of a furtive mother with her brood, but the males seem to split the scene by early summer. Their attire is so formal it is hard to believe they are real.
