Until the fall……

(two photos )I didn’t plan to post this rather generic photo (my favorite spot from the lookout, have posted countless photos from the same place over the years), until I heard that the parkways will be open to cars Friday at noon, 3 days earlier than planned.  So, excluding a few hours each Sunday, that is it until the late fall.    It’s such a special park  when you can enjoy it without roaring ( and often racing)  cars and motorcyles, gas fumes and road kill.   Sigh.
