One turtle killed

(three photos) Monday afternoon cycle in the park . Here is another generic lookout photo to show you how green things are getting.

And speaking of green, I wonder if, aside from signage, the NCC has given  thought on how to implement  their new green initiative  in the central sector of the park.   In addition to the usual mix of bikes and cars, it seemed that every third vehicle was filled with partying teenagers.  They were packed in 5 or 6 to a car, hanging out the windows, speeding, playing the radios loudly while driving and opening the car trunks to  broadcast the radio at the lookout.   And this is  only Monday!

There was a lot of traffic today!  One of the mid sized turtles didn’t make it across the parkway.
