This is revolting.  It”s up there with people who leave their dog’s messes.  Since last year, I’ve noticed that Kleenex and toilet paper is being dumped regularly on the trails.  It seems to be all the trails, even those close  to  parking lots and washrooms.   Is it always the same person?   This was on the Visitor Center loop.  No excuse for this!  BAD, BAD, BAD!
