Capitol to Capitol by Canoe – such a positive, poetic and wholesome way to draw attention to the need for clean waters between Canada and the US (it will also be nice if it has some effect on the politicians) . Garry cycled down to the opening ceremonies, and took all but the 5th photo of this series. I waited at the Blair Boat Ramp for the canoe to pass, and it was quite moving to see it.

This is an inspiring set of photographs. I hope they are being shown somewhere. I had not heard of the project before. Your photographs of E. Commanda are worth showing elsewhere. She is so dignified.
