A glimpse of the Rouge River taken a few days ago when we cycled a section of the “Aerobic Corridor”.   Between  Arundel and St. Remi d’Amherst the track followed and crossed the Rouge River, and traversed forests and farmland.  We saw not one other cyclist the entire day, and only a couple of walkers near the start and finish of the route.   The scenery was reminiscent of the ski marathon, but without any challenging hills (it is a train bed) and the  zillions of people.   It was delightful!
