You know, I wondered about these. We saw these contrails as they were created by the two jets heading east/northeast, obviously flying very close to each other that Sunday afternoon, about 5.00 as I recall.
They must have been military as one appeared to be flying escort for the other larger one – no civilian planes would be allowed to fly like this. Whoever it was, was obviously a VIP.
