This photo was taken from the car as we headed to Ottawa, vacating the Gatineau Park to make room for the once-or twice-a-year-park- visitors arriving to enjoy the Fall Rhapsody. This is the highway 5 exit to Old Chelsea at 11:00 a.m. There was already a backup of cars just waiting to get off the highway!! The intersections and parking lots must have been incredible! The leaves are at their peak this weekend, so I’ve posted a glut of photos from today’s early walk in the park, with more to come from a beautiful afternoon bike ride in Ottawa.
