If you think that the park remains empty because the parkways are closed to vehicular traffic, then think again!   I counted about 350 people in the time we were out cycling this morning.  Most of these were cyclists, but there was also a happy assortment of hikers,  runners    ( one was wearing loud bear bells!),   dog walkers and skate boarders.
