Almost cool today, a beautifully sunny day with a stiff breeze, a fabulous opportunity to revisit Lac LaPêche. Arriving around 7:00 a.m., the lake was still largely deserted at noon. Even the swimming beach was deserted. Water levels are down, of course. The shallow, swampy end of the lake (my favorite area) is much lower than a month ago, with quite a few rocks lurking near the surface.
