Can you spot the beaver (bottom right in the moving water)?  I heard it munching as I was reflecting on how slow the skiing was the other day.

I did ski for 10 minutes (!) today, but had left it too late.  Since it wasn’t groomed today, it was  crunchy/hard in the shade and mushy in the sun.  It seemed  more appealing to take bird and chipmunk photos than to end the ski outing in icy, rutted conditions…
