Second swim – not quite as cold as the first – and even friendlier!

I appreciate the colourful buoys, but the swim caps leave a lot to be desired. We are cottagers on the far side of Meech lake where I assume you swim. We cross in a small motor boat. Visibility of swimmers is a major concern because our route crosses the swimmers route around the island at Blanchette’s beach. Please wear flourescent red, orange or yellow caps. From one of the swimmers: Thanks for the comment about safety concerns. You can’t tell from this photo, but some of us had bright yellow or red bathing caps and everyone who swam out had a bright safety buoy. The buoys were easy to spot from the water and we were able to check up on everyone while swimming. Bright caps for all is a good suggestion.
