A day off skiing – I skied for 10 meters and then bailed!  The snow was flattened and semi-frozen after yesterday’s rain and mild temperatures.  Not inspiring after such a wonderful week of powder snow.  Anyway this is a photo posted on my previous blog around 10 years ago, late afternoon in early March at the Champlain Lookout.

Too funny and agree. Sue and I did a short ski from P5 to P6 and back. The day was grey, grip was iffy, and we did not feel energized. Even though considering all of the rain the conditions were great, they just didn’t add up to our recent experience in utopia, so we were thus lacklustre.
