Trail signs are few in Nova Scotia Parks, and usually have only the vague wording “TRAIL”. This one was a bit more specific than usual. Finding the hidden staircase was rather important for escaping the beach at high tide. In Ontario there would have been numerous official signs with Warnings, regulation numbers and possible fines. ( Love Nova Scotia!)
