This year, rather than being bloody minded and skiing in marginal ski conditions on the one crowded trail in Gatineau Park, I am trying to be more relaxed and open-minded. Today was fun, possibly even more fun than skiing! My buddy and I explored some unknown areas of the trails not far from our house. Peaceful and snowy.

I agree JoAnn…it’s tough to stay positive with this weather and forecasts. I walked on local trails in Kirks Ferry and neighbourhood roads for 2+ hours listening to tunes. At least we get to be outside! Merry Christmas.
