An exploratory hike, looking for a missing link to a nearby town. 50 years ago my family knew a man who would hike in from Gray Valley, use his stashed canoe to cross this lake and then hike the rest of the way to his cottage. Nowadays the trails are wider and used by ATVs during hunting season.
