We did a quick trip to LAc Champagneur to check for dead mice (not many, yay!) before the ski season starts. There is more snow there than we expected. While there, Loki and I enjoyed a couple of hours of solitary rambling on the nearby hunting trails to celebrate that hunting season is over. We saw deer tracks, two sizes of canid tracks and a zillion turkey tracks.
