Rain and Fog! And rain! It warmed up quickly in Ottawa (to 13 degrees), but stayed cool (around 1 degree) for much of the day in the hills, finally warming up in the evening. I had to drive out of town in the morning, the first few km in the thickest fog I have ever seen.
