What a treat! It was my first bike ride in months, and I managed to get out of the house by 6:45. As chance would have it I took my slower bike, and my zoom camera. These two bears and a cute little straggling cub behind them were about 100 meters away. Note the cyclists in the far right of the photo – also just letting the bears cross. What a great start to the day! This was near P9, a spot where I have previously seen bears, and almost the exact spot where we found enormous bear prints one year during the first ski of the year. https://musicianonskis.ca/blog/2023/11/30/november-30-2023/
