A post Labour Day mid-morning bike ride in the rain ( well at least it turned out that way). It was was such a great feeling to be back in the park! In addition to these surveyors on Fortune Parkway, I saw (you can put this to music if you like):
9 damp cyclists
3 wild turkeys (the feathered, avian type)
3 cars
2 motorcycles
1 runner
and 1 hiker.

What are they surveying?? I saw all the survey markings between P8 and P9 last week and the parkway was actually closed last Thursday am there too.
I’m curious, too! And today they were surveying up at the Champlain Lookout.
