January 5, 2011: Hockey Ice!

Here is the Chelsea Nordique Racing Team  – they were having a blast doing jumps over ice hurdles onto the Parkway this morning.  I love the fearlessness of racers!    I found the classic skiing okay, as the tracks were filled nicely with snow, but you couldn’t have paid me to skate – picture hockey ice covered with 3 cm of loose snow .

Perhaps they were still in school while you were off, before Christmas.
