That old skiers’ prayer, seen in Guide Gatineau this morning. I won’t be in the park for a few days, but if you find some ski-able snow somewhere in the Ottawa-Gatineau area, send me a photo (downsized to 800 pixels wide or less, please) and I’ll post it.
Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray for snow that’s three feet deep
and if it falls before I wake
I pray the trail’s not mine to break.

I would second this – but all we are getting right now is rain, rain and more rain, really – just like England Ugg! the weather was one of the reasons I left !!!
But the snow has to fall some time soon!
Today, today, today, the snow is falling, thank you Santa for the best Christmas present, it looks great and pretty AND we can ski on it. Merry Christmas Jo-Anne and Gary. CBH.
