The tripod was set up and took repeated shots of 6 seconds. This was one of the first shots (around 12:30 in the morning) and I must have jogged the tripod, however there was quite a slew of meteors in this one photo. This is the non straightened version – in the dark I didn’t realize how crooked the photo was!

Great photo! I thought about either staying up to see the showers or getting up during the night…but sleep won over. Looks like it was worth it!
I have to admit I felt truly terrible the next day! It was worse than my high school grad decades ago. I probably would have passed on it, but our enthusiastic house guests inspired me!
