Another photo from the Thanksgiving archives.   This boat is a relic from a bygone era.   I think it was the one my dad used (with a 6 HP motor) to transport all his materials for building his modest 18 by 24 foot cottage.  My brother and I would sit atop the lumber as the boat slowly travelled  across the lake.  There were no roads, and no electricity for power tools.   It was a labour of love.
