Something is going on at the end of the parking lot at the Champlain Lookout.   What do you think?   Hot dog stand? Wax Room?   Washrooms?   Bicycle tube dispensers?   Cell phone tower?  Uranium mining?

Are they not working on the Chanmplain trail ? maybe that is why
