Did the NCC put these up? I would like to see a $500 fine for skating continuously over the classic tracks.

These look like homemade signs, the NCC usually has them at the beginning of trails on posts at parking lots or various entries to the park.

I have never seen one like this stuck on a tree, walking on trails is a yearly problem but this year seems like its worse then ever.
