For the moment, photos are up to date! (It won’t last though! ) Here are Garry and MacKenzie crossing Lac Champagneur with one of our fabulous homemade pulks.
MacKenzie has boots, but I’ve given up on them as he takes them off as soon as I turn my back. So instead, he gets a bad case of “snow-toe” and sucks his toes every opportunity, often stopping right in front of me and tripping me in the process. If it’s mild snowball weather, he ends up decorated in small, wet snowballs from stomach to toes.
Once again, walking/snow shoeing on lakes is not something I can get my head around! Does MacKenzie have snow shoes too??
