(No ski photo – car battery died again). We have a lot of single birds this year. Where is Mrs. Cardinal? What happened to the other 11 bluejays we used to have? There is also only one redpoll and some years we have had them in the hundreds. I hope they are all up the street at my neighbor’s house.
I had a flock of redpolls in my backyard yesterday, downtown Ottawa. It was glorious. There was also two cardinals, a nuthatch, a junco, and some finches flying around.
