It was the same lens as for the bumblebee, the generic 18-300. You can get really close with it.

By generic – what brand is it? Does it have a stabilizer? My Canon 70-300 is a crap lens. Not sharp enough. It was a kit lens though – maybe that’s why. Saving for a new lens. That’s why I asked what yours is.

It’s Nikon and does have a stabilizer. If you are saving for a new lens, or even want to read different opinions about the one you already have, these are a few really good sites. Of course there are lots of others.
